Chef Driss Elouadie is the founder, owner, and culinary artist behind El Fassi Moroccan Cuisine. Born and raised in Morocco, where he lived for 33 years, Chef Driss brings a deep passion for authentic Moroccan flavors, traditional slow-cooking techniques, and the finest quality ingredients.
Trained by his mother in the rich culinary traditions of Fez, he creates dishes that reflect the vibrant culture and heritage of Morocco. Known for his exceptional attention to detail, Chef Driss takes great pride in both the presentation and flavor of every dish, transforming each meal into a memorable culinary experience.
Today, Chef Driss has brought the authentic tastes of Morocco to South Florida with the opening of El Fassi Moroccan Cuisine in the heart of Boynton Beach.
